A promising stay with bumps

The location was ideal, close to local attractions, with a nice lounge area to relax after a long day. The staff was generally friendly and welcoming.

However, the thermostat was finicky, leaving us either too hot or too cold. It felt frustrating to deal with noises from adjacent rooms as well.

We enjoyed our clean King Room for a brief two-night stay. Unfortunately, service at check-in left something to be desired, as we waited quite some time for assistance. For future guests, arriving close to check-in time may require some patience. Don't forget to check for all your belongings before leaving. Overall, a good experience.

The staff, especially Shantelle at the front desk, were exemplary—assisting promptly with a warm smile. My King room was spacious, immaculate, and the entire facility was well-kept, which made for a comfortable stay.

A more thorough housekeeping schedule would improve stays.
